- Contracts will not be accepted without the corresponding deposit.
- No reservation will be guaranteed by phone.
- Exhibitors will be responsible for any damages at the exhibit hall resulting from their installations procedures or equipment operation. Request for space will be considered only after signed application form and deposit has been received.
- Should cancellation of this contract occur at the request of the Exhibitor, deposit payment will be held by ASOCIACION DE HOSPITALES DE PUERTO RICO (PRHA). NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS WILL BE MADE.

- Special activities, such as radio programs or food and beverage repartition must have previous authorization by PRHA.
I have read this Exhibit Contract and agree to abide by it. Acceptance of our application by PRHA and payment of rental fees according to specified terms constitutes a written contract. I understand that the PRHA reserves the right to accept other applications for exhibits.

CANCELLATION POLICY: REGISTRATION MUST INCLUDE PAYMENT IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED
DEADLINE FOR CANCELLATION WITH NO PENALTY: SEPTEMBER 23, 2017. CANCELLATIONS AFTER THIS DATE CARRY A 50% PENALTY
